The SEC media had a few more tiers to their teams and included linebacker Debo Williams (2nd team), running back Rocket Sanders (2nd team), longsnapper Hunter Rogers (2nd team), defensive lineman Tonka Hemingway (3rd team), and defensive back Nick Emmanwori (3rd team) made the cut.

Former Gamecock Ahmarean Brown had an interesting week.

A former Gamecock made some WNBA history.

Aliyah Boston, along with teammate Caitlin Clark, set a new WNBA record with 9 assists from Clark to Boston in the same game. Clark also set a new WNBA single-game assist record with 19 dimes.

Allisha Gray did something that has never been done before in the history of the WNBA.

During WNBA All-Star Game weekend, Gray won the 3-Point Contest and Skills Challenge. There had never been a player win both events in the same weekend until Gray. She is the fourth to win both events at any time, joining South Carolina basketball coach Dawn Staley (though, the format was a little different back then), Becky Hammon, and Sabrina Ionescu.

A'ja Wilson did what A'ja Wilson does.

She was named the WNBA Western Conference Player of the Week for the 20th time in her career and was named the WNBA Western Conference Player of the Month for the 11th time.

The MLB Draft came and went, and the South Carolina baseball program was well-represented.
