The book is closed on the 2026 NFL Draft, as all seven rounds concluded on Saturday. Like clockwork, it's officially time to start turning our attention to the 2027 NFL Draft, which is now less than a year away.

And we already have an idea of who are the top players expected to be in the conversation for the No. 1 overall pick. On Monday, FanDual released their initial odds for 2027's top picks.

Included is South Carolina QB LaNorris Sellers, who is hoping to reload after a down season in 2025, as well as star linebacker Dylan Stewart. Here's a look at the initial odds, which includes quarterbacks, wide receivers, linebackers and defensive linemen.

  1. Arch Manning, Texas QB, +160
  2. Dante Moore, Oregon QB, +600
  3. Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State WR, +600
  4. CJ Carr, Notre Dame QB, +600
  5. Julian Sayin, Ohio State QB, +1200
  6. LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina QB, +1200
  7. Drew Mestemaker, Oklahoma State QB, +1500
  8. Colin Simmons, Texas LB, +2000
  9. Jayden Maiava, USC QB, +2000
  10. Dylan Stewart, South Carolina LB, +2000

Odds are from FanDuel Sportsbook and are liable to change at any time.

Brandon Beane has high praise for S Jalon Kilgore

Sellers entered the 2025 season with NFL Draft buzz, coming off a 2024 season throwing for 2,534 yards with 18 touchdowns and seven interceptions with another 674 rushing yards with seven scores. But as the Gamecocks struggled through a 4-8 season last year, Sellers regressed, throwing for just 2,437 yards with 13 touchdowns and eight touchdowns in the air while taking a career-high 42 sacks. He rushed for just 270 yards with five touchdowns.

But heading into 2026, there is plenty of optimism surrounding Sellers and South Carolina's upcoming season. He has a new offensive coordinator in Kendal Briles, and returns his favorite target in receiver Nyck Harbor, as well as several big-time transfer additions along the offensive line.

Stewart has been a disruptive playmaker on defense for two straight seasons in Columbia. He's combined for 56 total tackles with 11 sacks, six forced fumbles and three passes defended.

It's obviously very early in the 2027 NFL Draft season, and a lot of Sellers and Stewart being high picks depends on South Carolina having a solid season. But it's fun to imagine both guys getting picked high in Round 1 after seeing just three mid-round guys go this year in cornerback Brandon Cisse, defensive tackle Nick Barrett and safety Jalon Kilgore.
