For South Carolina, defensive lineman Gabriel Brownlow Dindy is out, as expected. Shane Beamer confirmed that he will not play on Thursday evening. The Gamecocks are also listing tight end Maurice Brown as probable.

Storylines to watch for
Will Coach Beamer's seat get hotter?
During South Carolina's home loss against Mississippi State, some fans were overheard chanting "fire Beamer." If South Carolina loses by multiple scores and doesn't look competitive, expect those calls to get louder. He is 0-2 against Alabama in his last two seasons.
How will LaNorris Sellers perform?
The South Carolina quarterback has been turnover-prone this season, with three interceptions thrown already. He historically hasn't taken care of the football against the Tide defense his last two games against them, either. If he has another shaky performance, he might want to re-evaluate declaring for the NFL Draft next year.
Alabama could start looking ahead to next week
While the Tide aren't expected to look ahead too much to let South Carolina pull off an upset, the Tide have a big matchup looming in Week 5. Alabama is set to go on the road to take on Kamario Taylor and the No. 24 Mississippi State Bulldogs.
