South Carolina's All-American safety Nick Emmanwori has been creating a lot of buzz heading into the 2025 NFL Combine. He has been considered by many as a first-round pick and was expected to put out incredible numbers today at the Combine. He lived up to the hype today.

Emmanwori measured 6-foot-3 and weighing 220 pounds, recorded 9-inch hands and 32.5-inch arm length. His arm measurements tied him for the longest among safeties just behind Darien Porter, Shavon Revel Jr., and Tommi Hill among all defensive backs.

Emmanwori ran an unofficial 4.40 40-yard dash on his first attempt.  However, on his second attempt, he ran an unofficial 4.38. This is the fastest time among the safeties and ranks as a top seven time among all defensive backs.

He recorded an 11-foot-6 broad jump and a 43-inch vertical—both the best marks among all players at the Combine. His broad jump ranks as the second-best by a safety since 2003.

He has yet to bench (set for Saturday) but has already outperformed expectations, solidifying his predictions of an early round pick in the NFL Draft. If he is selected within the top 32 picks, Emmanwori will be only the second South Carolina safety in history.
