The South Carolina Gamecocks are riding high after their 38-19 upset win over the Florida Gators on Saturday. It was a dominating game from start to finish, as both sides of the ball played great.

After the performance of quarterback LaNorris Sellers and EDGE rusher Dylan Stewart, the SEC has included both guys in the conference's weekly awards. After the big win in Gainesville, the SEC named Sellers as one of eight conference players of the week.

Also included in the group was star EDGE rusher Dylan Stewart, who made his first return back from his one-game suspension last week.

Stewart and Sellers joins the likes of Kentucky's Brock Coffman and Kenny Darby, Oklahoma's Tate Sandell and Peyton Bowen that also received weekly awards from the conference. Georgia's Dontrell Glover and Joseph Jonah-Ajonye rounds out the group of winners.

We'll start with Sellers, who had one of the best game he's had all season against the Gator defense. He finished throwing for 279 yards with four touchdowns, adding a rushing score on the day. His five total touchdowns is a season high for him. He also completed 65.7% of his passes despite taking three sacks. South Carolina's offense was also stellar on third down, converting 10-of-16 on the down.

And how impressive was Stewart? After being suspended from the team after throwing a punch towards Alabama player Josh Ford, his first game back was his best performance in a game yet. He finished fourth on the team in tackles with five stops, including four solo. He added a sack and a tackle for loss, forcing a fumble from Florida quarterback Aaron Philo. Stewart was also handed a one-game suspension from the SEC and commissioner Greg Sankey for the Alabama incident.

The effort of both guys helped South Carolina win their first SEC contest of the season, and it marked the first Gamecock win in Gainesville since 2014. Assuming both of them declare for the 2027 NFL Draft as expected, both could be first-round picks if they keep playing like they did against Florida the rest of the season.

As South Carolina enters a bye week, the Gamecocks will get some much-needed rest before gearing up for a home game against the No. 14 Tennessee Volunteers. The SEC recently announced that that game will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET and air on either ESPN or SEC Network.

Congrats to Sellers and Stewart on getting some well-deserved recognition from the conference!
