South Carolina has added another member to its 2027 recruiting class. On Monday, IOL prospect Will Endicott out of Prosper, Texas verbally committed to the Gamecocks' class.
The news was first reported by Hayes Fawcet of On3Sports on Monday evening:

Endicott holds offers from several other power-conference schools in the southwest such as TCU, Kansas, Kansas State, Wake Forest, SMU and Baylor. He is scheduled to visit South Carolina on June 5. He is also set to visit Kansas and Oklahoma State later that month.
With Endicott's commitment, South Carolina's class now has three members, as he joins three-star safety Jernard Albright and quarterback Jerry Meyer III, who is also from Texas.
The Gamecocks' 2027 class currently is ranked No. 65th in the country per the 247Sports Composite. Endicott is not currently ranked as a prospect per 247, so it's unclear if his commitment will change where the Gamecocks' class ranks.
Endicott may not be a highly-touted prospect for 2027 just yet, but he fills a need that South Carolina really needed to fill in its class.
