South Carolina football coach Shane Beamer offered injury updates Thursday night during Carolina Calls, just two days before the Gamecocks' primetime clash with LSU in Baton Rouge. The biggest storyline? The offensive line remains the most banged-up position group on the roster.

"The injury report this week is basically the Prisma Health O-line injury report, because really everyone but the offensive line is good," Beamer said.

Three offensive linemen: Markee Anderson (#58), Nolan Hay (#62), and Cason Henry (#75) have all been ruled out for Saturday's matchup. Henry, who has been dealing with a shoulder injury, underwent tests earlier this week.

Defensive Depth Trending Up

The news is more encouraging on the defensive side of the ball. Cornerback Myles Norwood (#3), who "tweaked something" in practice earlier this week, was upgraded from questionable to probable on the Thursday availability report. “He’ll be fine,” Beamer confirmed.

Fellow corner Judge Collier was also cleared for action, while defensive tackle Troy Pikes (#33), who suffered a minor practice setback, is expected to play. Pikes was moved from questionable to probable after practicing Thursday.

LSU’s Status Report

The SEC's Thursday injury report listed LSU defensive end Gabriel Reliford (#19) as out and offensive lineman Paul Mubenga (#65) as doubtful. Wide receiver Aaron Anderson (#1) is questionable, while defensive tackle Ahmad Breaux (#16) and running back (#29) are both probable for the Tigers.

What’s Next

As things stand, South Carolina looks relatively healthy outside the offensive line, a unit that has been hit hard throughout the 2025 season. The Gamecocks will face LSU under the lights at Tiger Stadium on Saturday night, looking to bounce back from midseason struggles.
