Led by first-year head coach Jon Sumrall, the Gators are undefeated at home so far this season. South Carolina is a 14-point underdog.
In Dylan Stewart news, Shane Beamer told reporters that he is back at practice this week after his one-game suspension. It is unclear if he will play in the Florida game at this time.
As for Florida, Sumrall also had high praise for the Gamecocks, saying his team is not overlooking South Carolina. He added that this is the one of the most talented teams Florida has faced all season.
