South Carolina Men's Basketball Finalizes 2025-26 Schedule
The countdown is on for the start of South Carolina men's basketball, and the Gamecocks now have their full 2025-26 slate of games in hand. With the nonconference schedule officially released on Tuesday, Lamont Paris' squad is locked in for a year four under his leadership.
South Carolina will open the season on November 4 against Noth Carolina A&T at home. SEC play begins January 3, when the Gamecocks host Vanderbilt. In all, ten of South Carolina's 13 nonconference games will take place at Colonial Life Arena, with road trips including the Greenbrier Tip-off Classic (Nov. 21-23 in White Sulphur Springs, WV) and the annual rivalry clash at Clemson (Dec. 16). The team will also head to Greensboro on Oct. 26 for an exhibition game against NC State.
Coach Paris' program will look to build on a 10-2 nonconference record last season while making major improvements in league play, where the Gamecocks finished with a disappointing 2-16.
