THE COMEBACK KID

Alshon Jeffery suffered through a foot injury that sidelined him for eight games in 2019.  In his 10 starts, he recorded 43 catches for 490 yards.

Jeffery entered last season coming off his best season as an Eagle, as he totaled 65 receptions for 843 yards.  He also hauled in a career-high 71% of his targets.

The foot injury last year slowed what looked to be another productive season for Jeffery, as he was on pace to surpass yard and touchdown totals from 2018.

When healthy, Jeffery has been one of the league’s most reliable receivers, recording more than 750 receiving yards in all but two injury-shortened seasons.  With an offseason to recover, look for Jeffery to again be Carson Wentz’s favorite target, and add to his 6,671 career receiving yards and 45 touchdowns as he enters year number nine.
