Former Gamecock wide receiver Xavier Legette is everywhere, and we don't mean just on the field. The current Carolina Panther is already turning heads when the football in his hands, but now he is making a scene in the music world too.

The South Carolina native has become a fan favorite, not just because of his explosive playmaking abilities and breakout pro rookie season, but for his Southern charm, unmistakable accent, and his iconic swagger off the field. Legette's social media moments, from his dapper appearance at the Kentucky Derby to his mic'd up night at a pro hockey game, have gone viral more than once, and his latest collaboration is catching some serious attention.

Legette popped up front and center on the cover art of rap superstar GloRilla's newest single, "Typa." Yeah, Glo!!

The unexpected collab between two rising stars, in very different areas, one from the NFL and one from the charts, has fans everywhere buzzing with excitement. Especially South Carolina fans, proudly shouting out their former WR1.

On the field, Legette is coming off of an impressive rookie campaign where he posted 49 catches for nearly 500 yards and four touchdowns, ranking just behind the Panthers veteran Adam Thielen. Heading into his second year with Carolina, the expectations are limitless for Legetter to level up and become even more of a threat for the Panthers offense.

As for GloRilla, no one is spilling the tea just yet, but if the album cover art is an indication, something big is on the horizon for both of these upcoming stars.
