It's what every college football fan and gamer has been waiting for... "EA Sports... it's in the game."

The EA Sports College Football franchise is making a comeback, and South Carolina fans have plenty of reason to cheer. While the date has not been released, the highly anticipated College Football 26 is set to launch in 2026 following the wildly successful return of the video game last year. As part of the rollout, EA Sports hosted a high-profile photo shoot at the Rose bowl on Wednesday, and a familiar face was on the leaked cover photo.

South Carolina EDGE rusher Dylan Stewart was among the select group of college football players invited to take part of the photo shoot for the EA Sports College Football 26.

Stewart was pictured in the cover alongside Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood, Florida quarterback DJ Lagway, LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier, Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, Ohio State receiver Jeremiah Smith, and Arizona State quarterback Sam Leavitt, among others. Sources told On3 that EA College Football 26 is expected to feature multiple cover athletes, explaining why so many top-tier CFB players were in Pasadena.

As anticipation builds for game’s release, Gamecock fans can take pride in seeing their own Dylan Stewart representing the Garnet and Black on the national stage. Keep an eye out—Gamecocks might just have their first EA Sports College Football cover athlete in program history.
