Injury report

The Gamecocks enter this one dealing with several injuries. During South Carolina's injury report released Thursday evening, defensive back Quay'sheed Scott was listed as questionable, as was EDGE rusher Julian Walker.

Starting center Carter Miller is also on the injury report, and defensive lineman Gabriel Brownlow-Dindy, who has missed the last two games due to an upper body injury, is also questionable.

Receiver Mazeo Bennett Jr. is listed as probable.

For the Gators, Florida receiver Vernell Brown II is listed as questionable, with running back London Montgomery and cornerback Dijon Johnson listed as probable.

Key storylines to watch for

How will Florida bounce back after a loss?

Florida enters this game in uncharted territory, coming off of a loss for the first time this season. It'll be interesting to see how the Gators respond, and whether or not the loss to Missouri was just a blip, or a sign that the Gators might not be truly back after all.

Can Shane Beamer get an upset victory to get back in fans' good graces?

Beamer going on the road and getting a win would be huge for the embattled head coach, who is squarely on the hot seat. A win over the Gators for the first time since 2014 would give fans faith that all the offseason changes he made were worth it, and it would cool down his seat tremendously going into the bye week.

Which offense will have the better day?

If the rain is in fact a factor here, this one might come down to which offense has the better ground game. While Florida's run game was automatic before the Missouri game, South Carolina's ground game with Jabree Coleman and Matt Fuller looked solid last week against Kentucky.
