The SEC unveiled their 30-game baseball slate for the 2026 season on Tuesday, and South Carolina now knows the path it will face once league play begins.
The Gamecocks open the SEC campaign on the road, traveling to Gainesville for a three-game series at Florida from March 13-15. South Carolina will then head back to Columbia to host Arkansas on March 20-22. The following weekend, March 27-29, South Carolina will make the trip to Athens for a matchup against Georgia before returning back home for a marquee series with Texas, April 2-4. That set will be played Thursday through Saturday to account for Easter Sunday, marking the first time the Longhorns visit Columbia as a conference opponent.
The Gamecocks continue their journey at Missouri, April 10-12, before welcoming Mississippi State to Founders Park on April 17-19. South Carolina then stays home the following weekend, hosting Kentucky from April 24-26.
The final stretch of the SEC slate akes South Carolina on the road to LSU from May 1-3, back home again against Alabama from May 8-10, and then closes the regular season at Vanderbilt from May 14-16.
Once again, the SEC Tournament will be held from May 19-24 at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama, with all 16 teams participating in the single-elimination event. As in recent years, select conference weekends may shift to Thursday-Saturday formats for television purposes, with final announcements coming later on.
South Carolina's non-conference schedule, as well as pitch times and TV designations, will all be released at a later date. The Gamecocks have a pair of fall exhibition games lined up, with a home game against Charlotte on Nov. 2 and at College of Charleston on Nov. 6.
