South Carolina football fans have not been quite as rabid for the spring season to start as they have been in most years. The Gamecocks' basketball teams have served as a great distraction as they have the best combined record in all of college basketball, and both Lamont Paris' team and Dawn Staley's squad will compete in this year's NCAA Tournament.
