South Carolina football fans really don't like the Clemson Tigers. The inverse is also true. Clemson football fans really don't like the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Oftentimes in the rivalry, fans of one school in the rivalry will attempt to troll the other on social media. However, in recent days, Clemson fans have been all over South Carolina football posts (especially ones from and about head coach Shane Beamer and/or the transfer portal).

Some Gamecock players appear to be tired of it.

USC redshirt freshman linebacker Jaron Willis grew weary of Clemson fans' neverending (and generally unoriginal) remarks, commenting on Twitter/X about the fact that the Tigers were unable to score on offense in this year's rivalry game.

Gamecock safety/nickel Nick Emmanwori posted a video of his interception against Clemson from this year, and Clemson fans were all over that post, too. The Columbia native didn't seem to appreciate it much.

Responding to the CU fanbase with a swipe at their favorite football team, Emmanwori showed a video of how almost no one on the Clemson sideline defended Tigers quarterback Cade Klubnik after #21 laid a big hit on him on their sideline. He also said that the Tigers "ain't want no smoke" with him.

Nick Emmanwori is 1-1 against the Clemson Tigers in his two years as a Gamecock, and the 2022 Freshman All-American has had 13 tackles, 1 interception, and 1 fumble recovery against the in-state rivals. He also has been part of a secondary that has held Clemson to just 199 total yards through the air over the past two seasons.

Emmanwori's Gamecocks have been extremely active in the transfer portal this week, putting together an elite class via the portal.

South Carolina football has added commitments from junior college defensive tackle product Jerome Simmons, Coastal Carolina transfer receiver Jared Brown, former North Texas running back Oscar Adaway, Arkansas running back defection Rocket Sanders, former Vanderbilt receiver Jayden McGowan, Pittsburgh graduate defensive tackle Deandre Jules, previous South Carolina State Bulldog running back Jawarn Howell, and Georgia Tech transfer EDGE Kyle Kennard. An additional commitment has also been teased by Shane Beamer.
