South Carolina Football: 5 big questions for the Gamecocks after Signing Day

South Carolina Football, 5 big questions for the Gamecocks:
What might the coaching staff look like in 2024?
Gamecock fans have been calling for changes to the coaching staff for a while now. Publicly, Shane Beamer has been noncommittal about what might happen, which usually indicates that changes are being considered.
Based on performance alone, running backs coach Montario Hardesty, defensive coordinator Clayton White, and strength and conditioning coach Luke Day seem to be the most likely candidates to be retained, but as is the case any time so much money is involved, there is more to the situation than just what happened on the field.
Every South Carolina football assistant is under contract through (at least) 2024 except for defensive line coach Travian Robertson (who was in his first year and seems likely to get a new deal), wide receivers coach Justin Stepp (who has a proven track record as a coach), tight ends coach Jody Wright (who had a pretty good unit and recruiting effort this year), and strength and conditioning coach Luke Day (who could be on the hot seat anyway). *All according to a report from TheBigSpur's John Whittle*
Now that Signing Day has come and gone, if any coaching changes are coming, now is the best time. During his post-Signing Day press conference, Shane Beamer continued to use phrases like "evaluating," "looking," and "do what's best" to describe what he was thinking in regard to staff changes. What that actually means is not yet known, but fans of the garnet and black are anxiously awaiting the answer.
