A'ja Wilson's Top-5 Moments with South Carolina Basketball:
No. 5: Consistently the Best

Just over two weeks after Wilson played her final game in garnet and black, she became the #1 overall pick in the WNBA Draft.

Sitting at the top of the game was nothing new for A'ja Wilson. In fact, the world's current best player has been viewed as the best at her level for over a decade.

At Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, Wilson became the #1-ranked recruit in the country in the high school class of 2014 and led her team to a State Championship. While in Columbia, she won a National Championship and received a National Player of the Year honor. Being the top selection in the WNBA Draft only made sense, and it was a fitting transition as she became a future MVP and WNBA Finals champ.

Wilson playing her way to the top pick was not a "moment," per se, but it was a period of time that was full of moments, including the next four on this list.
