During LSU's 66-56 loss to South Carolina on Friday, a controversy arose involving LSU guard Flau'jae Johnson. After the game, the in-arena DJ played a song by the late rapper Camoflauge, who was Johnson's father. Camoflauge was tragically killed in 2003, before Johnson was born.

Johnson expressed her displeasure on social media, stating, "I’ll take my L on the chin, but this just nasty behavior. Nun funny bout that."

The DJ later apologized, explaining that playing the song was not intended as a slight toward Johnson.

Flau'jae Johnson is not only a standout basketball player but also a rapper, following in her father's footsteps. She has spoken about the influence of her father's music on her own career.
