The Gamecocks also welcomed newcomers in Jordan Lee from Texas and freshmen Oliviyah Edwards and Kelsi Andrews.
Maryland, led by head coach Brenda Frese, is also looking to build off a strong season last year. The Terps finished 24-9 on the season, but fell to No. 4 UNC in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Terps return the likes of Oluchi Okananwa, Addi Mack, Rainey Welson and Marya Boiko.
