The SEC's talking season is officially here. All week long in Tampa, Fla., the college football world will be dialed in to the conference's annual SEC Media Days.
On Tuesday July 21, South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer and three Gamecock players in quarterback LaNorris Sellers, wide receiver Nyck Harbor and defensive back Peyton Williams. For Gamecock fans looking to tune in to South Carolina's media availability, see below.

While Coach Beamer's appearance at the podium is scheduled for 2:55 p.m., he is expected to appear at various media stops before his scheduled press conference, so fans will be able to hear from him earlier in the day.
For Coach Beamer, this will mark the head coach's sixth SEC Media Days, attending his first in 2021 the first year he was hired by South Carolina. South Carolina and the Gamecocks are scheduled to go last on the day, following Georgia's Kirby Smart, new Auburn head coach Alex Golesh and Vanderbilt's Clark Lea.

Coach Beamer is expected to be asked about his expectations for this season, as well as the likelihood of a turnaround after a 4-8 season in Columbia. He will also be asked about hiring new offensive coordinator Kendal Briles and how the offensive install has gone with quarterback LaNorris Sellers. He should also address the status of both star EDGE rusher Dylan Stewart and Jacarrius Peak, who were limited this spring due to injuries.
Hosted at the Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott in Florida, the event signals that we are just one step closer to the 2026 college football season approaching. The city of Tampa is hosting the event for the very first time this year. Previously, SEC Media Days had been held in Hoover, Ala. until 2021, when the event began rotating to different cities every year, such as Atlanta, Nashville and Dallas.
Will Coach Beamer's 2026 SEC Media Days be his last as South Carolina's head coach? Depends on how the upcoming season goes in Columbia. No pressure, coach. It should be a fun day on Tuesday hearing from the Gamecock coach and players ahead of a huge 2026 season.
