The Gamecocks’ SEC play commences on March 7 with an away series against defending national champion Oklahoma. Their SEC home opener is scheduled for March 14-16 against Georgia. The season also includes notable matchups, such as a home-and-home series with Clemson on March 25 and April 15, and weekend series against Duke and Texas Tech.
As of today, January 6, 2025, the team is holding its first official practice of the season.
