A former South Carolina Gamecock is headed to the ACC. Offensive lineman Kam Pringle has committed to Syracuse, per multiple reports on Monday.
Pringle is a 6-foot-8, 336-pound offensive tackle who spent his freshman year at South Carolina last season. He redshirted and appeared in one game before entering the NCAA transfer portal during the spring season. Now, he joins the Orange with four years of eligibility remaining.
Pringle is a former top-200 national recruit and was highly regarded as an in-state from Woodland High School in Dorchester, SC. At the time of his commitment, 247Sports ranked him as the No. 1 offensive tackle and No. 5 overall prospect in the portal.
Pringle will join a Syracuse program on the rise under head coach Fran Brown, who led the Orange to a 10-3 record in 2024.
