The second Gamecock is officially off the board. Defensive tackle TJ Sanders is headed to the Buffalo Bills, selected with the 41st overall pick in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Sanders brings a powerful mix of size, speed, and explosiveness to the professional level. At 6-foot-4 and over 290 pounds, he is polished in the pass-rush and can shred through blockers. Buffalo is getting a defensive lineman who can line up in multiple positions, disrupting plays from any spot on the front.
Last season, Sanders racked up 48 total tackles, including seven tackles for loss, four sacks, and a pass deflection at South Carolina. He appeared in 38 total games, totaling 107 tackles, 18 for a loss, and 9.5 sacks.
Sanders will be taking his production on the field and that Gamecock toughness to Buffalo.
