Football vs. Vanderbilt:
The Injury Report

  • Juice Wells, Cason Henry, Trai Jones, and DK Joyner were listed as “out” coming into the game.
    • Trey Knox, Jakai Moore, and Vershon Lee were said to be “available if needed.”
      • Knox did not play. Moore and Lee started and played.
  • Juju McDowell left the game with a shoulder injury on the first drive.
    • Djay Braswell got some playing time and almost scored his first touchdown.
  • Xavier Legette left the game in the 1st quarter after a catch. He returned the next drive but was obviously not 100% the rest of the game.
  • Jakai Moore left the game with an injury in the 2nd quarter but returned the next series.
  • Nick Emmanwori had to be helped off the field in the 4th. He did not return, but that could have been just as much about the South Carolina football lead as his health.
