The Injury Report
Starting right guard Jakai Moore did not travel with the South Carolina football team. True freshman Trovon Baugh got the start.
Defensive contributors Drew Tuazama (defensive line) and Emory Floyd (nickel/corner) also did not travel. Neither Tuazama nor Floyd were part of the injury report heading into the game.
Tennessee was without four players, most importantly, starting left guard Andrej Karic and wide receiver Dont’e Thornton. Center Cooper Mays was hurt but played.
Tennessee receiver Bru McCoy left the game in the 2nd quarter with a serious leg injury.
Both teams had several players leave the game with minor ailments, but most returned to action.
