The college football season is here as South Carolina football began fall camp just over a week ago. The Gamecocks, along with most other programs across the country, are working toward finalizing depth charts, gaining comfortability with playbooks, and getting into game shape.

Fall practice is a little different from spring practice and summer workouts. With games quickly approaching, the intensity is ratcheted up just a little. Players are fighting for playing time, and, while coaches are careful to try to keep their players healthy, more and more game-like situations happen each day.
