South Carolina basketball game tonight: Gamecocks vs. Wofford Line, Prediction, Odds, TV Channel, and Live Stream for college basketball game Nov. 23
By Jacob Elsey
The South Carolina basketball program is back on the court tonight for the second game of a three-game homestand. After picking up a win over a talented UAB team last Thursday, the Gamecocks took the weekend to prepare for a meeting against instate foe Wofford.
The Gamecocks sit at 3-1 on the year with wins over the Blazers, Western Kentucky, and USC Upstate. The roster boasts five players averaging double figures in scoring with Jermaine Couisnard leading the way at 13.5 points per game. He’s also pacing the team in assists.
Wildens Leveque, Erik Stevenson, James Reese, and Devin Carter round out that top five, giving South Carolina a number of legitimate scoring threats on the floor.
Wofford brings its 4-1 record to Colonial Life Arena with wins over Bob Jones, Erskine, Hampton, and Georgia Southern. The Terriers’ lone loss was a 76-68 defeat to Clemson.
Let’s preview the matchup between the Gamecocks and Terriers to see South Carolina’s chances of bringing home a win.

South Carolina Gamecocks vs. Wofford Prediction Tonight
The Gamecocks played well last weekend in a huge win over UAB. That Blazers team boasts a number of SEC transfers and should be considered the front runner to win Conference USA. Should that come to fruition, they’ll likely be an NCAA Tournament team.
In that matchup, the Gamecocks held a 16-point lead in the second half. South Carolina allowed the Blazers to get back into the game late but clutch free throw shooting down the stretch kept Frank Martin’s group in the win column.
Wofford has been playing well, too, having won three straight games by 17 points or more. The Gamecocks will represent the best team they’ve played since the Clemson matchup but don’t expect the Terriers to be an easy out.
The spread may be tough as the Gamecocks have found themselves in close games throughout the beginning of the season but the under seems like a good play.
South Carolina has yet to hit the 140-point mark in any of its games, with the average score coming out to be 70-63 in favor of the Gamecocks. No South Carolina opponent has notched 70 points to this point.
Expect another low scoring affair. We’ll give the Gamecocks the advantage playing at home in another close game.
