The South Carolina Gamecocks joined the SEC ahead of the 1992 season, where they’ve stayed for nearly 30 years.  This July we count down the best firework finishes of Carolina’s SEC tenure.

South Carolina has been a member of the Southeastern Conference for 28 years, joining the prestigious league back in 1992.  Over those nearly three decades, the Gamecocks have seen some exciting finishes on the football field, basketball court, and baseball diamond.

These endings include bowl games, postseason tournaments, and national title appearances, with each holding a special place in the university’s history.

This Fourth of July, we walk through the top “Firework Finishes” since the Gamecocks’ inception into the SEC.
