South Carolina Football: 10 Players that Gamecocks are Glad to See Leave the SEC
By Jacob Elsey
KELLY BRYANT
Kelly Bryant has beaten the Gamecocks at two different stops now, once as a member of the Clemson Tigers and then last year with Missouri. In each contest, Bryant threw for more than 200 yards and added a couple of scores.
The graduate transfer led Mizzou to a 34-14 win in COMO last season over South Carolina, tallying 227 yards through the air and another 77 on the ground. He defeated the Gamecocks 34-10 as a member of Clemson’s 2017 squad, passing for 272 yards in Williams-Brice Stadium.
After going 0-2 against Bryant over the last three seasons, the Gamecocks are glad to see him leave the SEC.
