The South Carolina football team faces a tough slate in 2020, but there are a few big names from last year that will finally be off the Gamecock schedule.  Who is Carolina glad to see leave the SEC?

The Gamecocks played arguably the toughest schedule in America last season.  This year’s slate doesn’t ease up much, but there are surely a few players that the South Carolina football program is glad to see leave the conference.

The team faced off against 32 SEC players that went on to be selected in the 2020 NFL Draft, seven of which were first-round picks.  Many have been thorns in the Gamecocks’ side for years.

As the team gears up for the upcoming season, let’s take a look at 10 players that South Carolina is glad to have off the schedule, starting with the 2019 Heisman winner.
