RB RICO DOWDLE

Overall rank: No. 349

Position rank: No. 29

Dowdle has been a starter in the Carolina backfield since 2016.  He led the team in rushing in his freshman and junior seasons.  Durability may be a bit of an issue for Dowdle, as he was hampered by injuries throughout his college career, but his production is evident.  He averaged over 5 ypc as a runner, finishing 15th on the Gamecocks’ all-time rushing list with 2,267 yards.  He may hear his name called on the final day of the draft, but most likely will find a place as an undrafted free agent.
