WR BRYAN EDWARDS

Overall rank: No. 101

Position rank: No. 17

CBS Draft Rating: 79

Strengths:

  • Big, chiseled frame
  • Crafty route runner for a bigger WR
  • Reliable hands with contested-catch ability
  • Moments of surprising vision, burst in YAC situations
  • Knows how to beat press at the line with hands or wiggle

Weaknesses:

  • Not a super-sudden
  • Doesn’t have top-end speed

Edwards is South Carolina’s all-time leader in receptions and yards.  He was quarterback Ryan Hilinksi’s favorite target in 2019, recording 71 catches for 816 yards.  He will most likely be a day two selection.
