Brandon Wilds
Senior running back Brandon Wilds has been out the past two weeks with a rib injury. This injury came during the Georgia game, where the week prior Wilds complained to the media on how not running the ball and him not getting the ball was a big reason the Gamecocks lost to Kentucky.
The Gamecocks have been horrible this season in the run game compared to recent years. With that being said a veteran guy like Brandon Wilds needs to step up this Saturday against LSU to help open up the passing game for Perry. Wilds only has 181 yards so far this with no rushing touchdown but South Carolina is going to need good productivity from him this weekend if they want a chance to win the game.
Now switching things up to the defensive side of the ball and to some players who need to help out big time in stopping Leonard Fournette and the LSU offense.
