South Carolina Football: 4 Games the Gamecocks could still win this season

If there is any team that seems to be in worse shape than the Gamecocks, it’s Vanderbilt. The Commodores also sit at 2-3, with their three losses coming from Western Kentucky, Georgia and Ole Miss.

Unlike the Gamecocks, Vandy put up a fight with the Bulldogs, only loosing 31-14. Last year South Carolina beat the Commodores 48-34 thanks to last years high scoring offense. This year South Carolina doesn’t have even a hint of last years success on the offensive side of the ball which is a big reason why the Gamecocks are at three losses right now. The Defense is horrible there is no debating that, even with two defensive coordinators the Gamecocks can’t seem to figure anything out to stop the opposing teams offenses,

I do think however the Gamecocks are good enough to beat a very poor Vanderbilt team, and will more than likely be coming off a loss to LSU this Saturday which will give them hopefully enough motivation to not lose three straight games.
