  • Lammons was a player that seemed to get better and better as the 2014 season progressed. He played in 10 games and made 7 starts as a cornerback. He was credited with 21 tackles on the season. His breakout performance came against Auburn where he recorded 6 tackles and a half tackle for a loss.

Heading into the game against North Carolina, many expected Lammons to be the starter at the left cornerback position. Even though he was not, Lammons knows that he will still get plenty of opportunities to prove his worth.

“We just look at it that we all have to come out there ready to play,” Rico McWilliams said. “Whoever’s name is called, we just have to be ready. You just have to be ready at any time.”
