PJ Dozier will be counted on to contribute immediately and take the Gamecocks the next step. The 6’6″ McDonald’s All-American point guard, will not have to be counted on to supply the bulk of the scoring this season with the return of Sindarius Thornwell and Duane Notice, but he is definitely able to score from inside and out when needed. Dozier also brings great court vision while due to his height.

His length will give him an advantage on the defensive end by helping him patrol the passing lanes and making it hard for shorter guards to shoot.
