We saw Denson tweet out a top five yesterday
that included the South Carolina Gamecocks, along with North Carolina, Wisconsin, Arkansas and Tennessee (in no particular order). That happened a day after the Gamecocks extended him an offer at the Gamecock Showcase on Saturday. While he named South Carolina his favorite shortly thereafter,
he mentioned that he would speak to his parents and get their input on a possible choice
. From what we’re hearing and what the signs have been pointing to, Denson more than likely will be pledging to the Gamecocks tomorrow afternoon barring a last-minute change of heart. (He’d be commitment number 25 by our count–the most in the SEC East right now)
South Carolina already has a RB in the fold from the class of 2015: Virginia three-star A.J. Turner. By the looks of things, they’ll be adding another in a little under 24 hours from now.
