Ole Miss Rebels: Bo Wallace, QB
Wallace, born William Robert Wallace, Jr., had a monster season in Oxford as a sophomore JUCO transfer in 2012: 2,994 yards passing and 22 TDs. He followed that up with a an even better 2013: 3,346 yards and just ten interceptions despite tossing four less touchdowns. It’s no coincidence that the Rebels have improved their win total with Wallace at the helm under center–and they just might be a team to watch in the SEC West. (Plus, isn’t “Bo” just a prototypical Southern name?)
