2005: Troy Williamson (7th, Minnesota Vikings)
Williamson only lasted five seasons in the league–three with the Vikings and two with the Jaguars. He only managed 87 catches, 1131 yards, and two touchdowns in his career, which was known more for dropping passes and threatening to fight former coaches than it was for anything else. (By, the way, a couple of other wideouts in that draft class–Roddy White, who went 27th to the Falcons, and Vincent Jackson, the Chargers’ 2nd round pick–turned out pretty well.)
