SEC Network Releases South Carolina Gamecocks “Sandstorm” ad; most fans won’t get it on launch day

You have to love distribution deals for new sports networks.
As all SEC fans are aware, the SEC Network is set to launch on August 14, 2014. And as of this very second, unless you have a Dish Network subscription or AT&T Uverse, you won’t be able to see it. Which makes it a little amusing that the network, owned by ESPN, has launched this video featuring every Gamecock fan’s favorite pump-up song:
The other member schools have videos as well, which you can check out over at their pre-launch website. Hopefully, all the distribution deals are all worked out by August 14 and every Gamecock and SEC fan will be able to see it from Day 1. Just look at the Los Angeles Dodgers and how things worked out for them…
