Steve Spurrier: Obviously Need To Find A Quarterback

Steve Spurrier spoke to the press today at his 11th media golf outing today at Cobblestone Park in Blythewood.

Spurrier says there is no clear cut quarterback right now and that he hopes one of them stand out so it will make it easier on the coaches.

Quarterback Conner Mitch is the favorite as of now as he was placed as the number 1 on the preseason depth chart.

Perry Orth and Michael Scarnecchia are the number 2 and 3 for now as Gamecock quarterback commit Lorenzo Nunez will come in and also go for the starting spot.

Spurrier has said that the quarterback postion is wide open and that they are looking for one to rise above the rest.
