The South Carolina Gamecocks will hope for more good news on the recruiting trail later on this week when 4-star offensive lineman Austin Clark (Rockbridge County, VA) makes his college decision.

The Lexington, Va., native will choose between South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Ohio State. Clark told recruiting analyst Phil Kornblut on Monday night that he has already made his decision and will be notifying his new school sometime before his announcement on Thursday evening. Clark is currently ranked 75th in the Rivals 100 in the Class of 2015.

Clark had a solid showing over the weekend at the Rivals 100 Five-Star Challenge in Baltimore, Maryland, and left the camp with many considering him as one of the top athletes in attendance.

Clark reportedly narrowed his choices down to two schools before making his decision during the weekend. South Carolina is considered a slight favorite over Tennessee, with Virginia Tech lurking as an outside possibility.
