WIS has video and the story on what happened when the South Carolina Gamecocks held their first bowl game practice.

“‘We had some confusion on finals and practice, and half the team wasn’t here, so we just did a little bit with the young guys and sent them to the weight room,’ said head coach Steve Spurrier.”

ABC Columbia notes that seven Gamecocks either made Phil Steele’s All-American or All-SEC teams. The list is headlined by Jadeveon Clowney and Ace Sanders.
